Terms of Service

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Access to the extension is gated by a license key issued to your account after your payment is approved. Your license key is personal to your account, non-transferable, and must not be shared, resold, or published. We monitor for misuse and reserve the right to revoke a license key used in violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions run for a fixed period (currently 30 days) from activation and expire automatically at the end of that period. There is no automatic recurring billing — because payment is manual, your subscription will not renew unless you submit a new payment before or after expiry. Once your subscription expires, the extension stops functioning until you renew.

Payment is handled manually. To activate or renew your subscription, you send the applicable amount via bKash or Nagad “Send Money” to the number shown in your dashboard, then submit the sending mobile number and transaction ID (TrxID) for verification. Your subscription remains in a pending state until an administrator manually verifies your transaction against our bKash/Nagad statement and approves it. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect submission details (wrong TrxID, wrong number, or insufficient amount sent).

Pricing (including the promotional first-month price) is displayed on our website before you pay and may change for future periods; the price in effect at the time you send payment is the price that applies to that period. Each TrxID may only be used once and cannot be reused across accounts.

Because activation requires a small, low-risk payment and unlocks the full feature set immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once your subscription has been approved and activated. If you were charged in error, sent payment but never received access after a reasonable verification period, or believe a duplicate/incorrect charge occurred, contact us at 0ne.abusayed@gmail.com with your TrxID and we will review your case in good faith and issue a refund or credit where warranted.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, sublicense, or publish your license key or account credentials.
• Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or circumvent license validation.
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
• Send excessive or automated requests intended to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Submit a fraudulent, duplicated, or manipulated TrxID during payment verification.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms, without refund where the violation involves fraud or abuse.

WriteRight uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini and Groq) to generate grammar corrections, rephrasing, translations, summaries, and related text. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, particularly for nuanced or context-dependent content, and translations between English and Bangla may not be perfectly accurate.

The Service is provided as a writing aid, not a substitute for professional judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or publishing it, including for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with any applicable law or third-party policy (e.g., academic integrity rules).

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers (Google, Groq) and infrastructure that may experience outages outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteRight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated output. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Doing so immediately deactivates your subscription and license key. We retain certain payment and administrative records after deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
